A Digestive Tea with Chamomile & Ginger

2 ounces

Our soothing Tummy Tea offers comforting support on days when your stomach feels off-balance. Whether you ate a bit too much, carry anxiety in your tummy, or experience occasional cramps, this intentional blend of chamomile, ginger, lemon balm, and other digestive herbs are handpicked to help mellow your middle.

FEATURED INGREDIENTS

  • Chamomile is a calming, sweet little flower that has been used for centuries to soothe the discomfort associated with occasional gas, bloating, and cramping.

  • Ginger is a warming root that can help calm nausea and stimulate the digestive fire needed to break down a heavy meal.

  • Lemon balm is an uplifting, joyful herb that can be especially helpful for easing digestive upset associated with mild anxiety or nerves.

  • Calendula is a cheerful, yellow flower that supports the natural function of the liver and gallbladder while soothing occasional irritation within the digestive tract.

  • Marshmallow root contains a fascinating slippery gel called “mucilage” that coats the digestive tract with a restorative and hydrating wash. (Don’t worry, you won’t notice the slippery gel in your tea!)

TO MAKE

To steep a comforting cup of our Tummy Tea, add 1 tablespoon of the loose-leaf blend to a strainer placed within a mug and topped with just-boiled water. Cover and let steep for up to 10 minutes before removing the strainer and enjoying. Sweeten with local honey, if desired.
